The Alu Dervish S comes with the following :

Closed-chamber system: The closed-chamber system offers two advantages. On the one hand, stale/scratchy smoke can be expelled from the glass with a blow. Through the flow channels, which point directly downwards, the smoke can simply be blown out. With conventional hookahs, this requires a much higher effort – the smoke stays in the glass! In addition, a closed-chamber system improves overall smoking behavior. The smoking behavior depends on a variety of different factors, e.g. inner diameter of the connections, air volume of the hookah, etc. In contrast to a conventional hookah, the closed system offers a lower air volume. This improves the tightening of the hookah, making it easier to pull.
