General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Shisha Deluxe XL

§1 Age verification for the shipment of goods

The buyer hereby declares that he has reached the age of 18 at the time of ordering and receiving the goods. The seller reserves the right to carry out age verification and to ship the goods only after successful verification. If this condition is not met, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order.

Shisha Deluxe XL attaches great importance to the responsible handling of its products. For this reason, age verification is carried out for the shipment of certain goods. This process is carried out in collaboration with our logistics partner to ensure that the products are only shipped to customers of legal age.

Our logistics partner will carry out an age check upon delivery of the goods. This means that the delivery person will check the age of the recipient to ensure that they are of legal age. It is important that only people who have reached the minimum age required by law receive our products.

Shipped to adults only
Shisha Deluxe XL sends goods exclusively to customers of legal age. If the delivery person determines that the recipient is not of legal age, the goods will not be handed over. We ask for your understanding for this measure, as it serves to comply with legal regulations and protect our customers.

§2 Validity vis-à-vis entrepreneurs and definitions of terms

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his self-employed professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

§3 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the text of the contract

§4 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date

(1) The prices quoted include the statutory value added tax and other price components. In addition, there are any shipping costs.

(2) The consumer has the option of payment in advance, direct debit, credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

(3) If the consumer has chosen to pay in advance, he undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract.

§5 Delivery

(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for shipment immediately. Delivery takes place within 1 working days at the latest. In the case of payment in advance, the period for delivery begins on the day after the payment order to the bank commissioned with the transfer and, in the case of all other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item shall not pass to the buyer until the goods are handed over to the buyer, even in the case of mail order purchases.

§6 Retention of Title

We reserve title to the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen day period.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
